We start with keeping the pests out through exclusion and access denial, preventing pests from becoming a problem in the first place.
We work to eliminate harborage and conducive conditions that contribute to pest presence and abundance. We remove debris and sanitize pest contaminated areas to reduce the attractiveness to more of the same pests.
All the above tactics have immediate efficacy with long term results. When pesticides are needed, we use mostly EPA exempt and organic-certified or listed products and least toxic category products. We use these as conscientiously as possible being sure to prevent exposure to eliminate non-target effects. We also are actively improving upon and seeking better equipment, programs and tools to continuously improve.
